Whether you’ve been here on numerous charters before, or you’re visiting for the very first time, we can’t wait to show you the unmatched beauty and endless possibilities of the BVI on your own sailing adventure with Endless Summer III. Here is just a taste of what a BVI sailing itinerary could look like.

Day 1

The charter begins at Nanny Cay on Tortola, where we’ll do a safety briefing and discuss food and drink onboard. Once we’re ready to set sail, we’ll make the short journey to the seclusion of Benures Bay on Norman island. Norman Island, often called the "Treasure Island" of the BVI, is a must-visit destination offering secluded bays, vibrant snorkeling spots, and the famous floating pirate ship bar, Willy T. Norman is a great first stop for charter trips in the BVI, as it’s a relatively short sail from Tortola.

Day 2

The next day, we’ll sail over to the Baths on Virgin Gorda, a breathtaking natural wonder, featuring massive granite boulders, hidden tidal pools, and picturesque caves perfect for exploring. We’ll aim to stop here in the early morning to get ahead of the crowds, as the Baths is a very popular spot for cruisers in the BVI. After we’ve had our fill of exploring this natural playground, we’ll sail to Mountain Point on Virgin Gorda, which offers a beautiful beach and nice hiking. There’s also plenty of space for watersports at this quiet anchorage, as well as great snorkelling that includes a ship wreck if there is good visibility.

Day 3

We’ll make an early morning departure (don’t worry - charter guests can continue sleeping when we set sail!) to sail over the crown jewel of the BVI (and our crew’s favorite island), Anegada. The northernmost island of the BVI, Anegada is renowned for its pristine white sand beaches, vibrant coral reefs, and freshly grilled lobster by the sea. Weather permitting, we will anchor on the quiet part of the island at Pomato Point, which boasts a stunning white sand beach - a perfect setting for water sports, and just a short hop in the tender away from town. Anegada offers horseback riding, a kitesurfing school, local guides that can take you out to catch lobster, and many authentic restaurants that cook lobster on an open fire on the beach. To make the most of this Anegada stop, we recommend that you hire a car and explore the far side of the island that cannot be accessed safely by sea.

Day 4

On the 4th day, we’ll sail back to Virgin Gorda and anchor in Eustatia Sound near Saba Rock, offering a great view of Richard Branson’s infamous Necker Island. This situates us away from the busy North Sound of Virgin Gorda, but close enough for an easy commute to the vibrant Bitter End Yacht Club in the tender. Here, there is plenty of space for water sports off the boat, a reef to drift snorkel on, and the option of hiking, dinghy sailing, diving, jet skiing and kitesurfing nearby. We recommend visiting The Bitter End Yacht Club or Saba Rock for dinner, as both are known to have fantastic food.

Day 5

Today, we’ll have a peaceful downwind sail to Withe Bay on Guana Island, a secluded, unspoiled island offering stunning white sand beaches, lush hiking trails, and a tranquil atmosphere. Guests typically really love the peace and quiet of this island after visiting the bustling marina at the Bitter End. Guana is just a short tender ride and swim from the surf school in Josiah's Bay.

Day 6

On day 6, we’ll sail from Guana Island to White Bay on Jost Van Dyke which is home to the world-famous Soggy Dollar Bar (given that because of sailers swimming to shore for Painkiller cocktails). If the swells are in our favor, we’ll have the option to stop at Sandy Spit, an incredible white sand island that seems to rise out of nowhere. White Bay in Jost Van Dyke has a wonderful floating spa for those who want a relaxing massage. There are also seven bars to choose from for those who want to find the best Painkiller. We’ll then find a protected and quiet bay off Jost Van Dyke to spend the evening.

Day 7

On our final full day, we’ll sail around the Western end of Tortola to the lovely Peter Island. The largest private island in the BVI, Peter Island is known for its pristine beaches, scenic hiking trails, and luxurious setting at the recently renovated Peter Island Resort and Yacht Club. This island feels secluded and off the beaten path, although it’s not far from Tortola, where we’ll end the trip. We’ll have the chance to spot sea turtles, and explore the new Peter Island Resort if we wish.

Day 8

Sail back into Nanny Cay, Tortola to say our goodbyes!
